PPC Guidelines
 1.     PPC will consist of 6 licensed teachers (3 from high school and 3 from elementary school) and  1 administrator.
 2.    Each member will serve for 3 years with no more than 2 consecutive terms.  However, the members are allowed to decline membership after completing their first year.
3.     A simple quorum means that we are able to have a meeting for discussion; however, motions cannot be made. A simple quorum consists of 3 teachers and 1 administrator.
 4.     An action quorum means that we are able to discuss and vote on motions made.  An action quorum consists of 4 teachers.  An administrator does not have to be present.
